SIGN YOUR WAIVER

All participants must sign a liability waiver before getting on the water. You can sign online now or in person at our location — but doing it ahead of time saves everyone time on the day of your trip.

How It Works

01

Sign Online

Complete the form below — takes about 2 minutes and works on any device.

02

Waiver FAQ

Does every person in my group need to sign?

Yes. Every participant needs their own signed waiver. If you have a large group, we recommend everyone signs online before arriving to keep check-in fast.

What about minors?

A parent or legal guardian must sign on behalf of anyone under 18. Minors cannot sign for themselves.

Can I sign a paper waiver on-site instead?

Yes, paper waivers are available at both locations. However, signing online ahead of time saves time and helps you get on the water faster.

How long is a signed waiver valid?

Waivers are valid for the current season. If you return next season, you'll need to sign a new one.
