Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to plan and book a river trip with us, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most widely used for websites in the United States. Some of the things we've done:
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
- Images have text descriptions, and form fields have labels that screen readers announce.
- Text and buttons meet color-contrast requirements.
- A Pause motion button at the top of every page stops the scrolling banner, slideshows and background video. If your device is set to reduce motion, they start paused.
- The site works when zoomed up to 200% and on phones and tablets.
Booking and waivers
Our booking calendar (Rezdy) and digital waivers (Smartwaiver) are provided by outside companies and appear inside our pages. We've chosen providers that work to support accessibility, but we don't control their design. If either one gives you trouble, call us at (970) 372-2870 and we'll book your trip or complete your waiver with you over the phone or at check-in.
On the river
If you or someone in your group has a disability or medical condition, let us know when you book. Our guides will talk through which trip is the best fit and how we can help. Some trips, especially the advanced and expert runs, have physical requirements for safety reasons.
